At yesterday’s Valar meetup, we brought together an inspiring community of service founders, entrepreneurs, and professionals for a hands-on workshop on building a brand that drives a consistent lead pipeline. The session featured interactive brand instinct activities, deep dives into understanding the core of a brand, and practical strategies for positioning using the G.A.M.E. framework. Participants also explored how to define their ideal customer profile and target audience, and craft impactful brand communication using the Messaging Matrix.

The workshop concluded with real-world marketing stories, actionable techniques for sales and closing using the C.A.R.E. framework, and an engaging Q&A session where attendees discussed challenges from their own businesses. Led by Akhila Hari, the session was both interactive and insightful, leaving participants with practical strategies to strengthen their brand and generate sustainable growth.
